15th Summer Research Program (SRP) – University of Tsukuba

The 15th Summer Research Program (SRP) consists of two components. The online course will be held in September 2025, and the on-site course in January 2026. Please refer to the attached poster for details.

SRP Online (Through JV-Campus)

This program offers students the opportunity to explore cutting-edge research at the University of Tsukuba through live or on-demand lectures delivered by Principal Investigators (PIs). Participants will also engage in interactive discussions and Q&A sessions with faculty members. Additionally, current students will host online events to share insights into student life at Tsukuba and provide admissions guidance.

SRP Plus (On-site at Tsukuba Campus)

Participants of the SRP Online program who apply for SRP Plus will go through a selection process. Those selected will be invited to join the SRP Plus on-site program, engaging in short-term research in their preferred laboratory. This opportunity is highly recommended for students considering graduate studies at the University of Tsukuba.

• Application Period: September 20 – September 30, 2025
• Program Period: January 12 – January 30, 2026
• Requirements: Completion of SRP Online and submission of application documents

Further details will be announced during SRP Online. SRP Plus is open to students in their 3rd or 4th year of undergraduate studies or enrolled in a master's program at the time of participation. We appreciate your cooperation in sharing this opportunity with your students.
