Call for Applications – Neurology Department, Aalborg University Hospital, Denmark
The Neurology Department at Aalborg University Hospital is offering 2 positions for international medical students for a 4-week clinical elective from 29 June 2026 to 24 July 2026.

Our department has extensive positive experience hosting international students and a well-established structure for coordinating clinical placements.
We are looking for motivated, curious, and academically engaged students who can clearly ex-plain in their application why they should be selected for this opportunity.
The department has a strong research profile with significant scientific activity, and students will have the opportunity to gain insight into ongoing research projects. In addition, Aalborg University Hospital will be moving to the new hospital city in 2026, offering a unique chance to experience a department in development towards a modern future healthcare setting.

The elective is unfunded, and students are responsible for all expenses related to the stay, including:
• travel and transportation
• accommodation
• insurance
• any visa requirements and visa application procedures
The department does not provide accommodation, but may assist in contacting relevant hous-ing offices where possible. However, accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
